During the procedure, incisions are typically placed around the areola and vertically from areola to the crease underneath the breast. Dr. Gurley utilizes a short scar technique which minimizes the incision. Breast tissue may or may not be removed depending on your specific anatomy.

A breast augmentation can be used in combination with a breast lift. Dr. Gurley will meet with you personally to decide which procedure or combination of procedures would be best for you.
RecoveryWhat can I expect?
In most cases, no pumps, drains, binding or wrapping are required. Most patients are off pain medication within 24 hours and can return to their normal daily routines. This includes showering, driving, and returning to work. Dr. Gurley will also provide you with a few simple post-operative movements you can do to reduce stiffness and promote faster healing. Sports and exercise are not recommended for 6 weeks after the surgery.
