After nearly two decades in Chesterfield, I’m excited to share that we’re moving to a beautiful new location in Ladue this December. This change reflects the evolution of my practice—more intentional, more boutique, and still completely centered on you.

We will begin seeing patients at our new location in December 2025.

Our new office will be located in Ladue in a boutique storefront that reflects the intimate and personalized care you’ve come to expect. More details to come!

After nearly 20 years in Chesterfield, I am excited to move into a thoughtfully designed space that better aligns with the boutique experience and elevated care our patients value.

Yes. All surgical consultations, medical spa treatments, neurotoxin and filler injections, PRF, skincare services, and product pick-ups will continue without interruption.

If your appointment is before December, it will be at our current Chesterfield location. Appointments starting in December will be at the new Ladue location. Please check your appointment reminders or call us to confirm.

Our email and website will remain the same. Our phone number will be changing and we will inform everyone once the new number is active. Don’t worry—calls and texts to our current number will be automatically forwarded during the transition.

Free parking is available directly in front of our building or in the larger shared lot behind it. The front spaces marked “Reserved Parking” are for businesses in our section of the storefront, and our patients are welcome to use any of them.

You can always call our office or check this page for the most up-to-date information. We're here to make this transition easy and seamless for you.

Absolutely! Dr. Gurley will still be your surgeon and expert injector, as well as meet all new Medspa patients to create a treatment plan. Patient care is our top priority.

Yes. You can still shop online or pick up your products in person at the new office.
